What is the cancellation policy?
Failure to cancel within 48hrs of your appointment will result in a $50 fee or forfeit of deposit. No call / No shows will have to pay the full service price + a $50 deposit before being allowed to schedule again. Failure to comply will blacklist you as a client.
What is the booking policy?
A $50 deposit is required to secure a color appointment over $100. This will go towards your total service cost the day of.
Why is your service menu so limited?
I offer services based off of looks instead of service names. Most clients come in with a photo or two of something they like, they don't know what services were used to achieve that look, nor do they care. I offer a wide range of services for all budgets under different catagories but thought this would be the best way to simplify things for you and myself.
What products do you use?
I use the highest quality product for the individual kind of product,

Do you do wedding / event styling?
At this time, I do not. I do specialize in color leading up to events / weddings and can refer you to my favorite styling stylists for the day of.

What if I am unhappy with my hair?
If you're unhappy with the services performed or work given and it is within 14 days of your service please reach out so we can talk and discuss a plan of action. I will most likely have you come back in for a fix. No Refunds will be given.
