In order to reserve time with Colored by Kayla, a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will be obtained. All recurring reservations without a non-refundable retainer will REQUIRE a credit card on file at the time of booking. In the event you need to cancel or fail to appear to your reservation you will be charged 50% of the service cost as a cancellation / no-show fee. In the event of a rescheduling within 24 hours of your reserved appointment time there will be a one time charge of $50 to the card on file. To cancel a reservation without being charged a fee you must cancel 3 days prior to your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be rescheduled and charged the rescheduling fee to the card on file.

I offer services based off of looks instead of service names. Most clients come in with a photo or two of something they like, they don't know what services were used to achieve that look, nor do they care. I offer a wide range of services for all budgets under different catagories but thought this would be the best way to simplify things for you and myself.

I use the highest quality product for the individual kind of product, Permanent color- Schwarzkopf and Wella Demi - Permanent - Schwarzkopf, Wella, Moroccan Oil Lightener- Schwarzkopf + Wella Bond Builder- Olaplex + K18 The salon exclusively carries Kevin Murphy, Color Wow and Kenra Products

At this time, I do not. I do specialize in color leading up to events / weddings and can refer you to my favorite styling stylists in the area for the day of. Unless you and your bridal party want very basic curls, I am not your girl.

I have broken down my cost of product for each service to make it fair across the board for everyone. Timing starts at the beginning of your reserved time and end when I finish styling. Time does not stop while you are processing but hourly wage is adjusted if I am double booked. If you have any questions about pricing, please contact me. After photos are not included as they are used for advertising and marketing as well as my portfolio, I will always take pictures if there is extra time or upon request.

If you're unhappy with the services performed or work given and it is within 14 days of your service please reach out so we can talk and discuss a plan of action. I will most likely have you come back in if any adjustments are needed. No Refunds will be given on services.
